An auction is a type of trade offer where applicants can increase the price of the proposed product for 1 week. At the end of the auction period, the user with the highest bid will automatically be selected to make the deal for this trade offer.

A deal is the process of buying and selling a certain amount of goods for a certain cost. Each deal has statuses:
- checking: information about buyer and seller is quickly moderated by the site administrators;
- reservation: the administrator contacts the buyer to agree on the place of delivery and receive an advance payment in the amount of coverage for the transportation of goods;
- delivery: transporting the goods using a suitable carrier, depending on the quantity and category of goods;
- completed: confirmation of acceptance of goods by a buyer, payment by a buyer of goods according to the value of deal, taking into account the platform commission of up to 3%, as well as the carrier's services. Return of prepayment to the buyer. Payment of the cost of goods to the seller;
- canceled: if something goes wrong during the deal, the issues are resolved or the deal is returned to its original state.

Gooddy's flexible commission is up to 3% of the deal cost and decreases with increasing deal size. For example, the percentage of a deal for UAH 10,000 will be 2.8%.
